Terms of Use

1. The service

ThinkMaster provides online review materials, chapter tests and mock examinations for the NAPOLCOM PNP Entrance Examination. It is a study aid; it does not guarantee that you will pass the examination and is not affiliated with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

2. Your account

Accounts are personal. Keep your password secret; do not share your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.

One account per person. Shared accounts may be suspended without refund. A student account can be signed in on one device at a time and used on at most 3 devices in any 30 days; you can remove a device in Account settings once every 7 days.

3. Subscription

• Website: plans paid by one-time QR Ph payment (pay with any QR Ph app, like GCash, Maya, or your bank): 30 days – ₱128 for 30 days; 90 days – ₱324 for 90 days; 180 days – ₱588 for 180 days. Each payment adds the plan's days to your access (counted from your current expiry date if your subscription is still active); website payments do not renew automatically.
• iOS / Android apps: the ThinkMaster auto-renewing subscriptions (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) are billed by Apple or Google to your store account at the price shown in the app. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your ThinkMaster account does not cancel a store subscription.
• A subscription unlocks the same ThinkMaster account on the website and in the apps.
• Refunds: website purchases – [refund policy]; app purchases – handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Content and acceptable use

All chapters, questions, explanations, handouts and videos are owned by or licensed to ThinkMaster and protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293). You may use them only for your personal review. You may not copy, record, photograph, screenshot, download, share, sell or publish them, or try to bypass the app's content protection. Content shown to you carries a personal watermark; leaks can be traced to the account and may lead to account termination and legal action.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, ThinkMaster is not liable for indirect damages or for examination results.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; venue: courts of [City].
